Birmingham & District Tinnitus Group offer many levels of support.
From support literature to daytime support sessions As a trial we have decided to hold evening support sessions (as well as the normal daytime sessions) in April and May 2012. These will be at Irwin Mitchell 17:30 till 19:00 on Thursday 19th April and Thursday 17th May 2012. If you cannot make these meetings please see our newsletter "Ears News" or our Notices in your GP surgeries/Audiology Clinics for details of contacting one of our "Friendly Voices". |
Daytime Support Sessions:We understand the difficulties that some people have in travelling to
evening venues especially in winter, so we run monthly
support sessions on the second Tuesday of each month in the morning from
10:30 till 12:00 at

These are small, informal sessions when two of our members will be on hand to offer support, information and advice to anyone with tinnitus. Family and friends are welcome. Dates are shown to the right. |

You are also welcome to contact any of our committee between
meetings if you have any questions, points to raise, or simply want
to discuss ways of coping with tinnitus. Support Meeting Poster 2013 Support Literature:We also have various self-help papers, including a series of six
papers written by our own Eileen Hewitson giving a complete course
on relaxation. Each paper is in pdf format which you can save and print, to keep or share information.
